Requests, quotes, and contracts

Sending a request does not place an order or create a payment obligation. We may ask for information needed to understand the work, decline a request, or send a quote. A quote identifies the scope, deliverables, revisions, price, currency, timing, payment conditions, and any material exclusions. A paid project proceeds only after the quote is accepted and its conditions are met.

Source information and changes

You should provide the dimensions, intended use, constraints, and references you know and have the right to use the files you send. We identify important missing or uncertain information before relying on it. If the requested scope changes after agreement, we explain any effect on price or timing before performing the additional work. Corrections needed because our work misses the agreed requirements are handled separately from new scope.

Review, approval, and delivery

The agreed review version is shared in your private project. Approval confirms the version you reviewed; it does not remove any mandatory rights. Final deliverables are the digital files named in the quote and are released through private project access when the contractual and payment conditions are satisfied. Physical printing, shipping, and installation are not included.

Files and intellectual property

Your supplied files remain yours or your licensors'. Do not send material you are not authorized to use. Ownership and permitted use of new designs, editable source files, and portfolio publication are defined in the individual quote or agreement. We do not publish client work without permission.

Technical and professional limits

Digital geometry is prepared to the scope and intended use agreed with you. A model or drawing is not automatically a certified engineering design, safety approval, or physical test. Regulated engineering, testing, and specialist sign-off require a separately agreed qualified scope. We may decline unsafe, unlawful, or rights-infringing work.

Payments and problems

Available payment methods and currency are confirmed in the quote. Payment status is verified by Benheraze 3D through the payment provider; a browser return screen alone does not confirm payment. If there is a problem with scope, files, payment, or delivery, contact us with the project reference so we can review the project history and respond. Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded by these terms.

Consumer withdrawal

Where EU distance-contract consumer rules apply, a consumer generally has 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw. Starting paid work during that period requires the applicable express request and acknowledgment. If withdrawal occurs after validly requested early work has begun, a proportionate amount may be due under applicable law. Full performance can end the withdrawal right only under the required conditions. We explain project-specific rights and choices before acceptance; contact us to exercise a right. Other countries' mandatory consumer rules may also apply.

Governing terms
