CAD / 3D modelling · 3D printing and manufacture

CAD modelling and 3D printing—together or separately.

We develop digital models for products, furniture and spaces, or manufacture by 3D printing from your file. Commission modelling alone, manufacture alone, or both.

  • Technical review before quotation
  • Digital deliverable or physical part
  • Private, protected files

BENHERAZE 3D

Two services, three ways to proceed

Choose the result you need now. The review confirms scope, deliverables, process, price and timing.

01

CAD / 3D modelling

We create models of products, parts, furniture, rooms and spaces. You can receive the agreed digital files without ordering any printing.

02

3D printing

Already have a file? We review geometry, orientation, material, strength and finish before proposing production.

03

Modelling + manufacture

We create the model, share the version for approval and only then move into a prototype, one-off part or small series.

Workflow

Clear at every stage

1

You provide the starting point

Share the goal, known measurements and any file, photograph, sketch, drawing or reference you have.

2

We review and clarify

We confirm feasibility, scope, missing information, deliverables and, where manufacture is involved, material and risk.

3

You confirm what was agreed

Review the version and confirm dimensions, interfaces, appearance, formats and, where applicable, the production specification.

4

We deliver the agreed result

We provide the final digital files or manufacture and inspect the approved version, with support if a genuine problem occurs.

B2C + B2B

From digital model to physical part—or just the model

You do not need to understand CAD. Commission a digital project for a product, item of furniture or space, print an existing file, or combine modelling and manufacture.

01

Private customers

3D models of furniture, rooms, objects and made-to-measure solutions, plus printed parts for the home, organisation, repair, decor and hobbies.

  • Digital file only, if preferred
  • Help with measurement and definition
  • Optional manufacture where appropriate

02

Professionals and businesses

External CAD/3D capacity for defined projects, product development, furniture, spaces, prototypes, production aids and controlled series.

  • Standalone CAD project
  • Agreed versions and deliverables
  • Additive manufacture when useful

Material chosen for the job, not the trend

Concept example

Different objects need different decisions

These concepts illustrate possible categories of work. Geometry, material, tolerance, load and environment are always reviewed before a project is accepted.

Concept example

Images created to explain design and manufacturing possibilities. They are not presented as completed customer work.

Technical fit

We understand the use first, then choose the process

3D printing is excellent for personalisation, specific geometry and quantities that do not justify tooling. It is not automatically the best solution for every product.

01

Often a good fit

Prototypes, one-off parts, made-to-measure accessories, low-volume components and series that benefit from quick changes.

02

Needs validation

Continuous load, impact, heat, water, UV, critical tolerances, food contact, children, electricity, vehicles and outdoor use.

03

May not be appropriate

Safety components, certified parts, high pressure, medical uses, fire, weapons or volumes where another process would be safer or more economical.

04

We assess it with you

Explain the goal, dimensions and operating environment. We assess geometry, material and process before recommending a realistic route, without assuming every project is feasible.

Start here

Tell us what you need modelled or manufactured.

You do not need to know file formats, materials or 3D software. Explain the goal and attach whatever references you have.
