From request to delivery

A clear process, even for a first 3D project

The private project area brings together information, files, the quotation and progress through to delivery.

At a glance

The request form does not complete a purchase or invent an automatic price. It gathers enough information for a responsible review. You then receive a reference and private link where you can follow progress and add files.

Simple projects can move directly to a quotation. When a model must be created or corrected, design and manufacture may be quoted in stages so nothing is produced before there is an approved version.

A clear handover

What you provide, what we check and what you approve

Custom work is safest and simplest when the starting information, technical review and final approval are separate, visible steps.

01

You provide

Tell us the intended use and environment; supply the files, measurements, quantity and requirements you know; identify critical fits; and make sure you are authorised to use submitted material.

02

BENHERAZE 3D checks

We assess whether the information is sufficient, review manufacturability, geometry, material, orientation, finish, tolerances and evident risks, and ask when a decision is missing.

03

You approve

Before production, confirm the quoted model or version, dimensions and tolerances, material, available physical colour, finish, quantity, intended use, price and timing.

04

BENHERAZE 3D delivers

We manufacture the approved version, carry out the agreed checks, protect the files and respond if delivery or conformity is genuinely wrong.

Your model

If you supply the 3D model

You remain responsible for the model’s design intent, source dimensions, rights and information about use. We are responsible for the manufacturing review we agree to perform and for producing the accepted file and specification correctly. A production review is not a full design certification unless the proposal says so.

Our modelling

If we create the 3D model

We translate the agreed brief into a model and share a review version. You check names, dimensions, interfaces and appearance that depend on your context; we remain responsible for our modelling work and for resolving errors within the agreed scope. Production waits for your confirmation.

If a specification changes

We pause the affected step, confirm the new version in writing and explain any impact on feasibility, price or timing. Production resumes only after the revised scope is accepted where needed.

A genuine problem

Examples include the wrong approved version, material, colour or quantity; dimensions outside an agreed tolerance; damage in delivery; or workmanship and performance that do not match the contract and applicable conformity requirements.

Usually not a manufacturing problem

Misuse, accidental damage after delivery, unauthorised modification, use outside the disclosed purpose, a later change of mind, or dislike of an expressly approved colour, design or specification correctly produced are different from a manufacturing defect. We still review the facts fairly.

Approval confirms what was agreed; it never removes mandatory consumer rights or BENHERAZE 3D’s responsibility for the work it performs. Delivery, returns and guarantees ↗

01

1. Send your starting point

Choose whether you already have a model or need design work. Describe use, quantity, dimensions and date. Attach models, drawings, photos, PDF documents or a ZIP of references.

  • You do not need to answer what you do not yet know
  • Files remain outside the public web area
  • Country and postcode are enough at this stage to estimate delivery
02

2. Technical review

We confirm whether there is enough information, whether the process is suitable and what risks exist. We may request a measurement, another angle, an original file or clarification about load and environment.

  • Feasibility and safe use
  • Material and orientation
  • Finish and tolerances
  • Quantity and capacity
  • Realistic timing
03

3. Modelling and approval where needed

The team shares review files in the private area. The customer can approve or request specific corrections. Production does not start while a required design decision remains outstanding.

04

4. Quotation and acceptance

The quotation sets out scope, line items, quantity, tax, delivery, validity, timing and terms. Full shipping and invoicing details are collected only when the quotation is accepted and a contract is being formed.

05

5. Payment and production

When online payment is available, it is completed through ifthenpay. The project then moves through planning, production, quality control and shipping preparation.

06

6. Delivery and support

Shipping status includes carrier and tracking when available. If there is transit damage or non-conformity, the customer provides the reference and any useful photographs or files for review; personalisation does not remove applicable legal rights.
