The essentials about files, measurements, materials, quantities, timing, ownership and delivery.

If your question depends on a particular geometry or use, send the request. The initial review exists to avoid generic advice that does not apply to your part.

01I do not have a 3D file. Can I still enquire?

Yes. Send an idea, measurements, photos, a sketch, technical drawing or reference part. We assess feasibility and identify what is missing.

02Which files do you accept?

For manufacture: STL, 3MF and OBJ. For design: STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, DXF and DWG. We also accept PDF, images and ZIP reference packages. An accepted format is not automatically production-ready.

03Can you copy a broken part?

We can assess it. We need to understand interfaces, dimensions and why it failed. Hidden geometry, unknown materials or safety requirements may prevent responsible reproduction.

04What is the minimum quantity?

You can request one unit. For 3D printing, the proposal calculates machine time, required material and the agreed delivery for the actual quantity.

05Do you manufacture large series?

We can produce batches when time, capacity and consistency are suitable. At high volumes, we compare whether another process would be more economical or stable.

06How do I choose a material?

Describe indoor/outdoor use, heat, moisture, UV, impact, flexibility and load. We recommend from materials that are actually available and explain limitations.

07Will the part be completely smooth?

FDM leaves layer lines. Orientation, layer height, material and finishing change the result; visual requirements are agreed before manufacture.

08Can you guarantee an exact measurement?

We work with tolerances, not mathematical perfection. Critical fits may need a defined clearance, sample or adjustment.

09How long will it take?

It depends on available information, modelling, material, machine duration, quantity and queue. The proposal contains an estimate after review.

10How are my files protected?

Files are kept in the private project area and shared only through the secure access sent to the customer. They are not published on the website.

11Who owns the model?

The customer must be authorised to use submitted files and references. Rights to created modelling, delivered formats and reuse are defined in the proposal.

12What do I approve before production?

The exact model or revision, important dimensions and tolerances, material, available physical colour, finish, quantity, intended use, known limitations, price and estimated timing. If we create the model, you first review and confirm the shared version in the private project area.

13What if I supplied a wrong measurement or file?

Tell us as soon as possible. We stop the affected work and assess the correction. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights of supplied information; we remain responsible for using it correctly, carrying out the agreed review and performing our own modelling and manufacturing work competently.

14What counts as a genuine conformity problem?

For example: the wrong approved version, material, colour or quantity; a dimension outside an agreed tolerance; transit damage; or workmanship or performance that does not match the contract. Provide the reference and any useful photographs or files so we can review and provide the remedy required by law.

15What is different from a manufacturing problem?

Misuse, accidental damage after delivery, unauthorised modification, use outside the disclosed purpose, a later change of mind, or dislike of an expressly approved design, colour or specification correctly produced are not the same as a manufacturing defect. This distinction never removes mandatory consumer rights.

16Where do you deliver?

Destination, cost, method and any restrictions are confirmed in each proposal. Selecting another website language does not automatically change delivery availability.
