These terms describe the digital CAD and 3D modeling service and how project information is handled.

Controller and contact
Benheraze 3D processes project and website information to respond to requests and deliver agreed services. The legal operator and business email are identified in the Terms. Privacy requests can also be sent through Contact.
Information we use
We may process your name, email, optional company, project description, messages, uploaded sketches, photos, drawings and models, quote and payment records, review decisions, and security logs. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive personal information in project files.
Why we use it
We use project details and messages to respond to your request, take steps toward a contract, perform agreed work, send important project notices, and provide private file access. We retain financial records where law requires it and use limited security logs to protect the service and investigate abuse. We do not add you to marketing mail because you sent a project request.
Site measurement
We count selected public service views and project journey milestones as daily totals. The measurement records do not contain a visitor identifier, IP address, device details, project description, uploaded file name, private project URL, payment amount, payment method, or transaction identifier. Security and operational logs are separate from these totals.
Who receives it
Only people and service providers needed for hosting, email, secure files, payment, accounting, support, or legal compliance receive the information required for their role. We do not sell project data. Where processing outside the European Economic Area occurs, applicable data-transfer safeguards must be used.
Project files and retention
Project files are kept outside the public webroot and delivered through authorized private access. They are retained only as needed for the project, support, agreed storage, and legal obligations. The current default upload retention is 365 days; the exact period can vary by project agreement and owner-controlled settings. Financial and accounting records follow the applicable statutory period. We may retain the minimum evidence needed to honor an objection or resolve a dispute.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and basis for processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may lodge a complaint with Portugal's data-protection authority, CNPD, or another competent authority.
Security and updates
We use access controls and private storage to protect project information. No system is risk-free, and we review our controls as the service changes. We update this notice when the way we process information materially changes.
