Benheraze 3D is responsible for personal data used to operate this service from Beja, Portugal. Contact: geral@benheraze3d.com. The operator’s legal identification and contact details appear in our terms.

We may process identity and contact details, company/tax number, project category and description, measurements, photographs, drawings, models and other files, material/colour preferences, decisions, proposal, delivery address, payment, billing, shipping, support, IP address, browser and security logs. We do not ask for special-category data.

We use data to respond and assess a request (pre-contract steps), model, quote, manufacture, charge and deliver (performance of a contract), comply with legal duties, and prevent abuse or defend rights (legitimate interests). Acknowledging this policy only confirms that the information was provided and is not marketing consent.

Submitting a request or creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing. Messages needed to answer your request or administer a project are separate from marketing. You may object to direct marketing at any time through our contact page.

Submitted files are not published. They are available only in the private project area and to the people or providers who need them to deliver the service. Send only the material required for the project, and do not include passwords, medical information or third-party content without permission.

Only providers needed for hosting, email, payment, carriage, accounting and technical support receive necessary data, as may authorities where legally required. We do not sell data. Any transfer outside the EEA must use a valid GDPR safeguard.

Requests and files are kept only for as long as needed to deliver and support the project, normally up to 365 days, unless deletion is requested or a legal reason requires longer retention. Prospecting data with no resulting relationship is reviewed and deleted within 365 days; after an objection we may retain only the minimum identifier needed to ensure no further contact. Contracts, invoices and payment records follow applicable statutory periods. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data, or object to processing. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact geral@benheraze3d.com to make a request. You may also complain to a data-protection authority, including the Irish Data Protection Commission if you live or work in Ireland.

The service is not directed to children. A legal representative should handle any request on behalf of a minor. Material changes are published with a new date and do not reduce acquired statutory rights.

To provide the services you request, we use account details, contacts, addresses, selected items, personalisation, orders and access permissions. We store favourites you choose to create in your account. In a company account, authorised members see information according to their roles. Registering or buying does not mean accepting marketing. You can request account closure; records that must be retained for contractual or legal purposes keep only the necessary data.

A separate rule applies to the usual project-file period: when we agree to keep a part for future orders, we retain approved versions, files and specifications for the period stated in that agreement. The date is visible in the private area. Archiving a part does not extend the period. At its end, we review continued storage, handover or removal with you, considering ongoing orders and legal obligations. We do not automatically delete files needed for agreed production or treat this service as permission to retain personal data indefinitely.

If you allow analytics, we also keep shop search terms, the number of results and products opened from searches for the same 90-day period. This helps us understand which solutions are missing. We try to exclude searches containing contact details or links; please do not enter personal information in the search box. We do not store individual keystrokes before you search. You can decline or withdraw permission without losing access to the shop.

With your permission, we look at the pages and examples you view, how you use the calculator and where forms may be difficult to complete. We also consider language, approximate country, how you arrived at the site, general device information and how quickly pages open. This helps us understand what interests visitors and make browsing and sending enquiries easier. This analysis only starts with your permission.

Your cookie choice is saved for 180 days. Browsing details used for this analysis are deleted after 90 days. To keep a record of your choice and any changes, we retain that record for up to 90 days after the choice expires. Only authorised people at Benheraze 3D can access the information.
