Estimate and quotation

A clear price before you confirm

Modelling has one agreed project price. 3D printing adds machine time, material used and the delivery agreed for the order.

At a glance

CAD / 3D work receives one project price based on the agreed scope, complexity, requirements and deliverables. It is not presented to the customer as an hourly rate.

For 3D printing, the quotation separately shows machine hours at €3.00, material quantity and price, and the agreed delivery. Only applicable components appear before confirmation and payment.

3D-printing estimate

Calculate machine time and material

Choose a simple mode or use slicer data. The final proposal confirms actual values after the file and intended use have been reviewed.

  1. Print time is calculated at €3.00 per machine hour.
  2. Material is calculated from expected grams and the selected material.
  3. Per-project modelling and delivery are confirmed separately in the proposal.

01

CAD / 3D modelling

The price is set per project from its complexity, scope, requirements, necessary work and agreed deliverables. You receive one price for that scope before confirming or paying.

  • It can be standalone digital work
  • 3D printing is optional
  • Revisions and formats are defined in the proposal
02

3D printing

The calculation uses slicer-estimated duration at €3.00 per machine hour and the expected quantity of the selected material. The material has its own name, quantity and price.

  • Machine time
  • Consumed material, including expected supports
  • Final quantity confirmed in the proposal
03

CAD + 3D printing

When you order both, the same proposal combines the CAD project price, printing time, material and delivery. If you provide a print-ready model, modelling is not added unless it was actually agreed.

04

Delivery and VAT

Delivery is set for the specific order and shown before confirmation; no fixed price is invented. The current configuration displays VAT: exempt.

05

What you receive before deciding

Scope, specification, applicable price components, total, delivery, estimated timing, included revisions, payment terms and validity. No hidden charge appears after confirmation.

06

If the agreed specification changes

We pause the affected step and confirm the change in writing or issue a revised proposal where it affects feasibility, work, price or timing. Production does not rely on informal or ambiguous changes.
