Can you work from a sketch?

Yes. A sketch can be a useful starting point. We will ask for any dimensions or use details needed to make the model accurate.

Can you create CAD from photos?

Often, yes. Photos help with shape and context, but exact dimensions and hidden features may need measurements or another reference.

What if I only have an idea?

Describe what it should do and where it will be used. We can help turn that into a clear modeling or design scope.

Can you change an existing CAD model?

Yes, subject to the file format, model quality, and the changes required. Attach the file or describe it in your request.

Can you recreate an existing part?

We can assess a digital reconstruction from measurements, images, scans, or drawings. We will not guess critical dimensions.

Which file formats can I receive?

Depending on the project, deliverables may include STEP, STL, 3MF, DXF, DWG, PDF, preview images, or editable source files. The quote specifies your actual files.

Can I receive STEP files?

Yes, when the modeling method and agreed scope support a STEP deliverable.

Can I receive STL or 3MF files?

Yes, when those formats suit the agreed digital deliverable. We will clarify whether the file is intended for a specific printing setup.

Do you physically print parts?

No. Benheraze 3D provides digital design and modeling services. Physical printing is not included.

How do I get a quote?

Send a project request with the information you have. We review the scope, ask any necessary questions, then provide a project-specific quote.

How are revisions handled?

The quote defines the agreed review and revision scope. Corrections to work that misses the agreed requirements are handled separately from new scope.

How will we communicate?

You can exchange messages and files inside your private project workspace. Email alerts you when there is something to review.

Are project files private?

Project files are stored outside public access and are available only through authorized project access. We do not publish client work without permission.

How are final files delivered?

When the agreed work is complete and any required payment is confirmed, final digital files are released in your private project.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Choose “Not Sure” in the request form. Describe the result you need, and we will identify the right scope together.

Can you work with clients worldwide?

Yes. Projects are handled online and deliverables are digital. Payment options, currency, and any legal requirements are confirmed in each quote.
