Why Benheraze 3D

CAD & 3D design.
1.5× faster.

Faster delivery. Careful work.

Start with the problem. Design the solution.

We work with manufacturers, engineering teams, and technical specialists to investigate mechanical problems, improve existing equipment, and develop new parts and mechanisms—from a troublesome component to a machine or production-system upgrade.

We assess the symptoms, requirements, and technical constraints, then compare practical design options. You receive the agreed CAD models, drawings, and supporting calculations for the next stage, with clear checks and responsibilities.

Flexible pricing for your project
Choose a fixed project price based on the scope and complexity, or an hourly rate for ongoing work and evolving requirements. We agree on the pricing approach before work begins.

6 working days → 4 working daysIllustrative timeline for suitable projects, with the same agreed scope. We confirm the checks and delivery date after reviewing your requirements.

We complete the agreed design work. For industrial or safety-critical applications, specialist engineering checks or certification may be required before manufacture or use.

Built around your task

A mechanism that fits your needs.

Need to move, lift, clamp, rotate, or transfer something? We develop mechanical parts and assemblies around the motion, load, space, and working conditions your project requires.

Tell us what your mechanism needs to do

Develop a new mechanism

From gearboxes and drive assemblies to conveyors, fixtures, and positioning mechanisms. We define the design, calculations, drawings, and checks needed for your task; specialist motor development is assessed separately.

Work with what you already have

We can adapt the design to your existing motor, gearbox, equipment, or CAD files, or redesign a troublesome component without replacing the whole machine.

Choose a practical way to build it

We compare suitable standard components with custom-designed parts, considering performance, manufacturing cost, assembly, and maintenance. The agreed scope makes clear what to manufacture, what to purchase, and how the parts fit together.

Questions / 07

Answers before you begin.

View all questions
Can you turn a sketch or drawing into CAD?

Yes. Send the sketch or drawing, known dimensions, and what the part needs to do. We will clarify missing details before quoting.

Can you modify an existing STEP file?

Often, yes. Send the STEP/STP file and describe the changes. We will check the geometry and confirm what can be edited.

Can you make a 3D model from photos?

Photos help show shape and context. For accurate size and hidden features, we may also need measurements or additional views.

What if I only have an idea?

Tell us what it should do, where it will be used, and any size limits. We can help define the design task.
